And for safety, the chain is easy to unlock from the cuffs even behind your back.

Most of all, those handcuffs are meant to bring a submissive/vulnerable mindset to yourself or your partner, and can be completed with a blindfold, ballgag, noseclip, earplugs, a collar + leash, chastity device, buttplug, … every accessory for sensory deprivation, physical control and mental submission.
As for the price of Fuwa Fuwa Leopard Handcuffs, when comparing to “normie” handcuffs with leather and fur, it seems rather average to cheap investment (the anime girl being then the decisive buying factor).
