As said, Pleasure Hills can/should be turned inside out. While the Tenga 3D has one “fap side” (I don’t think you enjoy anything with the flat side), Pleasure Hills has two:

• very little ribs (more little than Bangee Shake or the upcoming Virgin Loop)
• big bumps (but softer than IBO MAX)

“ribs inside bumps outside” mode: you see there’s around 2cm space before reaching the entrance: if you love to do large strokes, be careful not to “plop” out by mistake 🙂  Anyway with the lack of vacuum chamber, there’s little to no suction effect. But being able to choose between 2 possible and different structures is nice.

But you may enjoy both sides during the same session, implying you’ll have your dick-warmed lube and semen on your hand, making it quite slippery even with the bump side. Messy stuff.

The rib side is quite mild, too mild actually, Virgin Loop is a better choice. The bump side is quite fun, you get some sensations from IBO MAX but it’s much softer and less “dick-skin-rippingly-powerful”.
