You’re supposed to lube the thing, insert your thing in the thing, and then press the thing. By releasing the thing the thing will create a vacuum that will suck your thing. And your thing should feel good, eventually up to orgasm.

About the actual product there’s quite much to say. Plugging the tube to the two things is a fucking challenge, I barely got it after cutting a little part so that the ends are a little more “arrow-form” so it actually fits in the hole 👿 On usage it’s… inefficient. Pressing the pump will quickly make you tired since it’s not very flexible (until you’ve got the fists of a weight lifter). The “pressure chamber” is definitively asian-shaped, western people will have the contact on less sensitive zones in the middle of their thing and suction power is quite lost (normally the membrane should wrap around 2/3 of a 10cm/4″ penis). And: the membrane tears quickly, since the chamber’s plastic walls are rough-edged. So the alternative method is:
- lube well
- insert your thing (not fully, let a little space between tip and bottom)
- get the pump (unpressed) and connect it now to the tube
- stroke gently the chamber (don’t touch at the pump)
- [ note: this can also work by putting the finger on the chamber’s hole, no need for tube + pump]
This method will provide a hell of a strong vacuum, but the (big) counterpart is that the unstructured membrane will offer very low stroking-pleasure: maybe once, but you won’t orgasm twice 😥 But note that if you want a slightly less powerful vacuum while having a by-far better stroking experience, just head over a “deepthroat” Tenga (US edition, please). Seriously 😉
So: not worth the money, western friends.

Summary
Can’t have any real fun with this.
Just recently bought this, it was alright and a bit different, but the soft membrane tore after 1 use while I was cleaning it. Just like the review said, the plastic walls have rather rough edges, wish I had looked this up first.
one more thing. How the fuck did this become a best seller? It’s TERRIBLE
This product is terrible, it was difficult to put together and didn’t feel good to use, I was extremely disappointed by this, rather use my hand 🙁
You can take out the main part and insert it into another product. Works well that way, but not a good purchase if you don’t own any other products to mix with it.
