Besides your standard 15ml packet of lotion, the onahole comes dressed up (or just barely dressed?) in a bra and pair of panties. As you can see, the outfit itself is removable (or you could just slide the articles of clothing down or to the side if you prefer). Both ways are good with me, so do whichever pleases you best.
