Both twins have a rather soft stimulation, snug and pretty satisfying. I prefer the top because it’s a little bit more intense, but it’s downside is that it makes a bit of noise, letting air inside that bumpy cave of hers. The bottom is more tight, and the wavy shape makes it quite good for long strokes. The onahole’s dual layer fabric gives us a softer outside for better ass-groping, and a firmer inside.
What Twins Panic lacks of ? Vacuum chambers. It seems there’s enough space to do a small one, to give some extra suction effect. And that, mmmmh, it would have been close to perfect ! 😛
After cleaning a couple of times it doesn’t smell much, and doesn’t get too sticky. The onahole doesn’t fall apart at first use, that’s good. Will it last long unharmed ? I think so, or at least with only minor damage after a few months. It comes down to the cleaning: not easy, and of course you can’t turn it inside out ! Usually, I put my hand on one side and rub with my thumb, this way I can reach the bottom to make sure nothing is left behind. Same technique for each main hole, and the one of the middle I just rub inside with one finger. The material seems to endure it fine, even when I grow impatient and stretch it in all cardinal directions.
And finally, the price. Ow. Even without the game, it still would have felt a bit high. Yeah okay it’s very good quality and the twins are amazing, but hey ! Also, beware of the shipping if you don’t pick NST.

To order directly from a store, if you do it within the next 2 days, you have 2 choices: NLS (about 104.11 $) and NST (117.22 $ -10% → 105.50 $). For that price difference I think you can ask NST to match price 🙂
Oh, quick note: german visitors reported they had to open the box for check right at the post office, that’s why I recommend NLS or NST over Amazon+proxy: both can remove the loli packaging if you don’t wanna take the risk.
